The outdoor unit
The outdoor unit takes heat from the outdoor air and pumps it into the home, with a heating capacity of up to 7.3 kW. An SCOP of 5.1 means the heat pump delivers just over five kilowatt-hours of heat for every kilowatt-hour of electricity.

Warm and comfortable, but quiet too. The Nordic heat pumps heat at full power without disturbing you. The indoor units go as low as 17 dB(A), and 38 dB(A) at top fan speed.

AI Auto Comfort reads the room and how it is used. Based on your habits and the temperature outdoors, the heat pump adjusts the temperature by itself and keeps the comfort steady.

Easy Filter Plus sits on the outside, at the top, and is easy to take out and clean. The fine mesh keeps the heat exchanger clean. The Nordic WindFree Geo also has a three-layer Tri-Care filter that catches dust, fibres and pet hair.

Freeze Wash freezes the indoor unit's heat exchanger to −15°C so it is covered in frost. When the unit goes into defrost the ice melts and washes away contaminants, so it is easy to maintain without a service engineer. Works in cooling mode.

The motion sensor cools the home efficiently by controlling the heat pump on its own. If no movement is detected for 20 minutes it switches to the energy-saving WindFree™ mode, and returns to normal as soon as movement is detected. It can also adjust the direction of the airflow automatically.

Samsung SmartThings makes your home smarter. You see your energy use and its history, change the temperature and switch the heat pump on and off from your phone. Once you have a SmartThings profile, the app finds compatible devices and connects them automatically.
Control
The heat pumps have built-in Wi-Fi and you control them with the Samsung SmartThings app, or with the remote control that comes with them.

Samsung heat pumps are connected to the SmartThings app on your phone. With SmartThings you can control your heat pump and your home.
With the Samsung SmartThings app you can use the AI to save energy. The SmartThings energy-saving AI learns your surroundings and how you use the heat pump, and tries to save energy without you noticing any difference.
